Battersea Ouida was bred by Battersea Stud in Virginia. We fell in love with this beautiful lady as soon as we arrived in Virginia to pick up Caduceus Nicholas. We could not leave Virginia without her on the trailer. She is BIG and proud, always alert with ears forward and curious to meet every new visitor. She has never been broke to saddle. But the first time we had the opportunity to check her out, she accepted us over her back and even stood quietly while our young Dannah took a seat. She is young, healthy, willing and we are looking forward to a relationship with her as a saddle horse and as a mom. Her first foal for Southern Cross Morgans will be in 2011 by our palomino stallion “Prince.”
