We purchased our precious broodmare, Becky, from Sherry Siebenaler, of SC Morgans. Sherry has helped keep us on track with our desire to produce Morgan horses with the best bloodlines, temperament and conformation. Thank you Sherry, for giving us the chance to own such a beautiful Morgan Mare.

As a start-up in the horse business, we decided to purchase the best saddle we could find, because it's a once-in-a-lifetime chance to start with the very best. We went to Ortho-Flex Saddleworks, who custom-designed all of our saddles. We appreciate it, and so do our horses.

We purchased our first mare, Two J Classy Kitty, from Barbara McIntyre of Tindo Morgans. Barbara and her family not only sold us a wonderful, well-bred and well-trained mare, but we took advantage of the opportunity to breed her to LJ Morning Reveille, their beautiful and well-mannered buckskin stallion. Barbara continues to be a valued friend and advisor.

When it came time to find a colorful stallion with excellent and clean bloodlines, to breed with our mare, Becky, we went to Susan Motter, of Prairie Hill Morgans. Susan has provided valuable guidance, and excellent service, to ensure the successful breeding of our mare.

The American Morgan Horse Association is our Fort Knox, the repository for information on history and pedigree of the Morgan horse. They also provide a wealth of information on buying, breeding, training, showing and judging, and even paperwork essential to managing the business of horses. It is reassuring to know that the AMHA is behind us.

Laura Behning, of Brookridge Morgans, has only recently joined our circle of friends, and has been a gracious benefactor in many areas. She is a library of information for us, helping to guide us along our path of learning about Morgan history, bloodlines and color genetics. It is through Laura’s talent as a web designer that this website is so pleasing to the eye. Thank you, Laura.

Cece Green-Yelek, of Greentree Ranch, came into our circle when we purchased “Cheyenne” as our first Morgan trained to harness. Cheyenne is such a dream to drive that we subsequently sent our baby girl (at the time), “April,” to school with Cece. We visited Cece, to tie the knot between driver and horse, and really found out, first hand, what a wonderful teacher she is. And, Cece, I will never forget that you trusted me to take the reins behind your old friend, “Papa” (a.k.a. Greentree Brigadier). Cece's knowledge of Morgans, and of the horse business in general, extend far beyond her skills behind the horse.
