With our desire to produce Morgans with bloodlines tracing back to the foundation sires, with no modern outcrosses, “Prince” was a royal find. We are grateful to Dan Spurgeon, of DDS Morgan Horse Farm (www.ddsmorgans.com), in Ottumwa, Iowa, for making this correct and beautiful palomino stallion available to us. Prince has been trained to ride and drive, but has worked primarily as a herd stallion, in Iowa, taking a little time out to win a 2006 Blue Ribbon, for Morgan Stallion in Halter, at the Iowa State Fair. At 15.1+ hands, Prince produces big, correct, up-headed foals, with lots of mane and tail!
